Medical Surgeon and Neurosurgery Specialist, with a solid track record in leadership and management. He leads the company with an innovative vision, prioritizing excellence in the processes of selection, training and placement of Paraguayan professionals in the German labor market.

Marie-Charlott Espinola

Co-Founder

Specialist in Nursing Sciences and Master in Health Management. In 2019, she transformed her vocation into action by founding a company dedicated to home care. Today, more than 500 patients rely on her team, composed of more than 120 professionals.

Nicolás Benítez

Gerente Kapta Paraguay

Licenciado en Administración de Empresas y Marketing, además de docente universitario, con más de 10 años de experiencia en el sector bancario y en posiciones de gerencia. Reconocido por su liderazgo y enfoque en la obtención de resultados.

Dr. Carlos Anibal E. Perez

Médico Kapta Paraguay

Médico especialista en Psicología del Estrés, con Máster en Psiconeuroinmunoendocrinología. En Kapta, acompaña a los profesionales de enfermería en la gestión del estrés y el bienestar integral, brindando apoyo médico y consultas orientadas a fortalecer su salud física y emocional durante todo el proceso de preparación y adaptación profesional.

Dra. María Angélica Del Puerto

Psicóloga Kapta Paraguay

Psicóloga Magíster, referente en el ámbito académico y profesional en Paraguay, con más de 35 años de trayectoria. Docente de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción (UNA) y la Universidad Católica (UCA). En Kapta, cumple un rol clave brindando acompañamiento psicológico a los enfermeros y participando activamente en los procesos de evaluación y selección de postulantes, asegurando un enfoque humano, ético y profesional.

Marketing Manager

Degree in Industrial Design, with a background in user experience design. Passionate about using creativity and design to connect people with opportunities that transform lives.

HISTORY

Our origins

Kapta Recruiting was created in response to two fundamental needs: the growing demand for health professionals in Germany and the desire of many Paraguayans to have access to better job opportunities and development abroad.


The project has its roots in Miteinander Pflegedienst GmbH, a German company specializing in outpatient nursing and intensive care. Its experience in the sector revealed an urgent need for qualified personnel, which prompted the creation of Kapta Recruiting under the structure of Miteinander Holding GmbH.

Since 2024, Kapta Recruiting SRL has been operating in Paraguay with the objective of recruiting and training professionals interested in working in Germany. Our approach includes intensive German language training, preparation for the homologation of diplomas and comprehensive support in the transition to a new professional life.


Backed by our experience and values, Kapta Recruiting consolidates itself as a bridge of opportunities, connecting Paraguayan talent with German employers and transforming lives in the process.
